Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor and a buddy—ensuring continuous guidance, feedback, and training throughout the program. Our structured mentorship and buddy system allows interns to track their progress, ask questions, and receive personalized support. Interns also complete performance assessment exercises designed to help them monitor their achievements and identify areas for growth. To gain a comprehensive understanding of legal practice, interns rotate through departments such as corporate law, dispute resolution, employment, and financial restructuring & insolvency—acquiring a 360° view of the profession.
