The Legal Internship Program at Egemenoğlu is designed for aspiring law students who want to gain practical experience in a structured, dynamic environment. Over the course of the internship, interns rotate through different key practice areas, gaining exposure to diverse legal matters—from project-based transactions to high-stakes litigation.

At Egemenoğlu, legal interns are immersed in a dynamic and supportive environment where they receive direct hands-on mentorship from seasoned attorneys and gain exposure to real-world legal challenges. Interns actively participate in client meetings, negotiation sessions, and court proceedings, developing practical skills and professional confidence across diverse practice areas. Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor and a buddy—ensuring continuous guidance, feedback, and training throughout the program. Our structured mentorship and buddy system allows interns to track their progress, ask questions, and receive personalized support. Interns also complete performance assessment exercises designed to help them monitor their achievements and identify areas for growth. To gain a comprehensive understanding of legal practice, interns rotate through departments such as corporate law, dispute resolution, employment, and financial restructuring & insolvency—acquiring a 360° view of the profession. Egemenoğlu is committed to nurturing talent and offers clear pathways for career progression—including the opportunity to continue as an associate upon successful completion of the internship.

What We're Looking For

  • Good command of English (TOEFL or IELTS preferred).
  • Fourth-year law school student with a solid academic record.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
