Personal data processing activities carried out through cookies are based on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK: "expressly provided for by law", "legitimate interests of the data controller", or "express consent of the data subject". The Firm processes all personal data, including personal data obtained through cookies, in line with the principles stipulated in Article 4 of the KVKK. In this context, cookies are processed for the following purposes:
Mandatory cookies are processed on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 5/2 of the KVKK and without express consent, as these cookies are indispensable for the technical operation of the Platform.
Functional, analytical and advertising/marketing cookies are processed on the basis of the user's express consent in accordance with Article 5/1 of the KVKK. Users may give or withdraw consent on a per-category basis through the cookie consent mechanism presented on their first visit to the Platform.
Express consent is obtained by: (i) adequately informing the user, (ii) ensuring consent is given freely, (iii) obtaining consent for a specific and defined purpose, and (iv) ensuring it is express in form. The "Reject All" option is made available for all non-mandatory cookies.

Although the Firm does not have direct control over the processing activities of third-party cookies, it only works with business partners that comply with the KVKK and concludes the necessary data processing agreements.

10.1. Cookie Consent Mechanism: Users can set their preferences on the basis of cookie categories through the cookie consent banner that appears on their first visit to the Platform and update these preferences at any time through the Cookie Preferences Center.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights in question, within the framework of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with the documents proving your identity, by the following methods:
Your application will be responded to free of charge by the Firm within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. If the request requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
The Firm reserves the right to update this Policy in line with changes that may occur in the legal regulations, the technical infrastructure of the Platform, cookie usage practices or business processes.
Important changes to the Policy will be announced to users by publishing a statement on the Platform, sending an e-mail to users and/or reactivating the cookie consent mechanism. Changes will be effective from the date of their publication.
Continued use of the Platform after the update date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Accordingly, users are advised to review the Policy regularly.
