İlayda Sezer is a 2025 graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and currently a legal intern at Egemenoğlu. She works within the Dispute Resolution. Where she is involved in litigation processes across various areas of law, including Private Law (primarily Commercial Law, Lease Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, Transport Law, and Law of Persons), Criminal Law (particularly white-collar crimes, offences against property, and cybercrimes), as well as Administrative and Tax Law; drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda and briefing notes, supporting case strategy, and assisting in court proceedings.
