Buse Muti is an associate of the Mergers & Acquisitions team, advising local and international clients across all stages of M&A transactions from due diligence and preliminary planning to drafting, negotiating, and closing transaction documents, including share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements. Buse's practice also covers regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on Turkish corporate law and cross-border transactions. Buse additionally has experience in capital markets, having contributed to initial public offerings and advising clients on the legal and regulatory requirements for public listings.
